Historic

PiLeJe Industrie: 30 years of expertise behind your projects and your success!

1987

Philippe Laurent, with a Doctorate in Pharmacy, created “le Laboratoire de Phytothérapie et d’Herboristerie” (LPH) in Saint-Bonnet de Rochefort, France. Initially focused on extemporaneous preparations for the officinal market, LPH rapidly established itself as the benchmark supplier for food supplement development, manufacture and packaging.

1994

The company BIO-SPHÈRE joined the group. As plant extraction specialist, it developed and produced innovative botanical extracts and packaged them as a line of certified organic liquid formulations. It moved to Saint-Bonnet de Rochefort in 2008.

1999

The company VERT PRODUCT INGREDIENTS brought to the group expertise in the area of plant protein hydrolysis, biotransformation, process optimisation and manufacture of dried plant extracts. It is located in Lorp-Sentaraille (in the Ariège region of France). LARENA acquires LPH.

2008

3i nature creates its Development division: a technical platform and multi-disciplinary team working on the development and optimisation of all new dry and liquid form projects.

2009

The group acquired LBS PHARMA, a pharmaceutical unit located in Bessay-sur-Allier near its head office. This gave the group a GMP approved facility for manufacturing food supplements and pharmaceuticals in liquid form.

2012

With 25 years experience behind it and to meet the changing requirements of its customers and the market, 3i nature launched a range of standard private label formulations.

2013

3i nature becomes a single legal entity grouping together all the activities of each business.

2016

3i nature becomes a single legal entity grouping together all the activities of each business.

2017

Within the PiLeJe Group, 3i nature changes its name and becomes PiLeJe Industrie.
