Buying in Quality

Since the quality of our purchasing governs the quality of your products, we ensure suppliers are HACCP compliant for each product line, we convert your specification into a purchase specification and we systematically inspect all incoming batches.

Develop in quality

As soon as product development starts, we aim to satisfy your requirements by securing and validating each scientific and technical step up to industrialisation: raw materials selection, formulation, packaging, pilot batch manufacture, stability study. All our products are formulated in accordance with current regulations.

Industrialise in Quality

We pay particular attention to ensuring a smooth transition from development to industrial production – our processes are guaranteed to be reproducible.

Manufacture and Package in Quality

We manufacture and package your products in accordance with current regulatory requirements and baselines, complying with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Good Hygiene Practice.

Our facility at St Bonnet de Rochefort is ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002-1 CFR 21/111 GMP FOOD CERTIFIED and Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) certified.

 

Our facility at Lorp is Part II GMP and Organic Agriculture certified as well as COSMOS certified for cosmetics.

Inspecting in quality

To ensure complete product safety, we systematically inspect all incoming and outgoing goods, we establish and propose inspection plans depending on the risk level of your product, we develop analytical techniques for assaying actives and for substantiating the nutritional claims of your products.
