As soon as product development starts, we aim to satisfy your requirements by securing and validating each scientific and technical step up to industrialisation: raw materials selection, formulation, packaging, pilot batch manufacture, stability study. All our products are formulated in accordance with current regulations.

We pay particular attention to ensuring a smooth transition from development to industrial production – our processes are guaranteed to be reproducible.

We manufacture and package your products in accordance with current regulatory requirements and baselines, complying with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Good Hygiene Practice.

Our facility at St Bonnet de Rochefort is ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002-1 CFR 21/111 GMP FOOD CERTIFIED and Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) certified for organic nutraceutical products.

 

Our facility at Lorp is Part II GMP (Standardized Plant Extracts), ISO 22000, Organic Agriculture certified for processes and products and ECOCERT controlled for the certification of organic cosmetic products.

On receiving your order and up to point of final delivery, our Supply Chain is focused on effectiveness and performance to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

To ensure complete product safety, we systematically inspect all incoming and outgoing goods, we establish and propose inspection plans depending on the risk level of your product, we develop analytical techniques for assaying actives and for substantiating the nutritional claims of your products.
